The gym saved my life. While it might sound dramatic, I have always struggled with various mental health issues. At different times, I've faced low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts. The gym has been my constant, the one thing I could always rely on to help me climb out of those dark places, both physically and mentally.

As I immersed myself in fitness, I fell in love with the process and the progress I made. This passion has also led me to challenge myself by competing in bikini competitions. Sharing my journey and experiences with others is something I deeply cherish.

I started by helping my friends, and I am continually learning from a mentor. You'll find me training clients at my new gym in Okinawa, Fogo Gym, one of the best gyms in Okinawa. Now, my goal is to reach a larger audience by offering online training. My ideal clients are those who are unsure where to start in their fitness journey or have hit a roadblock and need guidance to progress and achieve better results.
